ASTRO REGISTRANTS

ASTRO registrants are welcome to attend the general session at the SROA conference for a $75 processing fee. Full registration will be required for anyone attending any workshops or meal functions. Processing fee is due only for those registering through ASTRO and who would like to attend SROA general sessions.

ASTRO ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION
(FOR SROA ATTENDEES)

SROA attendees who have registered for the SROA Annual Meeting may attend ASTRO sessions by paying a special registration fee. In order for SROA attendees to receive these reduced rates, you must provide the registration confirmation number received at the time of registration. To register for ASTRO online, please visit their Web site at www.astro.org.

Registered SROA attendees may visit the ASTRO Exhibit Hall for FREE. Your SROA badge will provide admittance to the ASTRO Exhibit Hall only. When you check in at the SROA registration desk, your ASTRO Exhibit Hall lead card will be part of your registration materials. The lead card provides your contact information to vendors. Anyone registering for the SROA annual meeting after September 15th, will not have a lead card preprinted. They will have to go to the ASTRO registration desk and a lead card will be made onsite.
