Special ASTRO Registration
ASTRO attendees who have already registered directly with ASTRO may attend General Sessions ONLY at the SROA meeting by paying a reduced registration fee. In order to receive this reduced rate, you MUST provide the registration confirmation number received from ASTRO when you registered.

Additional Event Tickets
A complete registration includes admission to the Business Lunch, Quality Lunch and the President’s Party. Attendees must show their badges to gain access to these events. If you would like to buy additional tickets for a guest or spouse, you may do so.

Confirmation

Registration confirmations will be sent to the Email address provided on the registration form. If you do not have an Email address, please provide a fax number and the notice will be faxed. If you have questions after you receive your confirmation, call 301-718-6510, or email SROA@paimgmt.com.

Cancellation Policy

Only written cancellations received on or before October 6 will receive refunds (less a $100 administrative charge). Refunds will be issued after the meeting. No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations received after October 6. Registration fees for cancelled registrations cannot be applied to future SROA meetings. Registrants who do not cancel prior to the conference and who do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee. SROA accepts no responsibility and will not provide reimbursement for any prepaid or nonrefundable airfares or other expenses incurred by conference participants.
