SPECIAL ASTRO REGISTRATION
ASTRO attendees that have already registered directly with ASTRO may attend General Sessions ONLY at the SROA meeting by paying a reduced registration fee. To receive this reduced rate, you MUST provide the registration confirmation number received from ASTRO when you register with SROA.

ADDITIONAL EVENT TICKETS
A full conference registration includes one admission to each of the following functions: Business Luncheon, Quality Luncheon and the President's Party. Attendees must show their badges to gain access to the all functions. . You must have a ticket to gain access to the President's Party on Tuesday evening. If you would like to buy additional event tickets for a guest or spouse, you may purchase the ticket at the time of registration or at the registration desk. Limited tickets will be available at the registration desk.

NEW WORKSHOP COURSE SELECTIONS
Workshop selection is first come, first served. Due to space constraints, all conference registrants must pre-register for workshops. You will select your workshops AFTER registering for the meeting using the NEW SROA interactive meeting website. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to select your workshops. You will not be able to select a workshop if it is full, in which case, you will need to make another selection. If you want to change your course selections, you may do so through the meeting website. Remember the workshops are first come, first served!
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
To register online, you must provide a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). To pay by check you must fill out a paper registration form. Please note, you will not be registered until payment is received. In order to take advantage of the lower rates (Early Bird or Advanced), the payment and the registration form must be in our office by that date - we cannot extend the Early Bird or Advanced deadlines.
You must provide an email address. Registration confirmations will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form. If you have questions after you receive your confirmation, call 301-718-6510, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need to alter your registration, please email email@example.com by August 22. You must select workshops through the interactive meeting website after you register for the meeting.
Only written cancellations received on or before August 22 will receive refunds (less a $100 administrative charge). Refunds will be issued after the meeting. No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations received after August 22.
