SROA invites you to participate in the Radiation Oncology Practice Metrics Survey. Your input helps us gather benchmarks on productivity, roles and responsibilities, salary and benefits, facility statistics, and the tools practices use every day.
The survey takes about one hour to complete, but you can save and return at any time. To prepare, you may want to gather:
- Job descriptions and responsibilities
- Midpoint/average salary ranges
- Position requirements (education, certification, minimum years of experience, etc.)
- Productivity benchmarks for applicable clinical roles
- Temporary staff information
- Equipment types, volumes, and statistics
- Treatment and simulation statistics
Member participants receive the survey results for free.
Non-member participants: $250 | Non-participating members: $100 | Non-member nonparticipants: $400
