Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy

Only written cancellations received by September 8, 2026 will receive refunds (less a 10% administrative charge). Refunds will be issued after the meeting. No refunds will
be issued for cancelled registrations received after September 8, 2026. Registration fees for cancelled registrations cannot be applied to future SROA meetings, but registrations can be transferred. Registrants who do not cancel prior to the conference and who do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee.
